How is Cobalt Co powder manufactured?
Here’s how to make cobalt dust:
Step 1: By using concurrent flow, the soluble cobalt sodium and ammonium carbonate are inhaled into the base solution. The cobalt crystal seed is then obtained through stirring.
Step 2: Next, add ammonium bicarbonate and cobalt sodium to the slurry with cobaltcarbonate seed crystals, then react. Dry the crystal and adjust the pH.
In step 3, the cobalt carbonate is reduced in a hydrogen atmosphere. This will give you cobalt dust.
