Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Standard Type) is a new generation polycarboxylic acid type high performance water reducing agent which is obtained by radical polymerization of a polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer, an unsaturated acid and a sulfonic acid group monomer. The product has high water reduction rate and low slump loss performance, ensuring excellent workability, high strength and excellent durability of concrete. It can be widely used in pumping concrete, super fluid self-compacting and high strength and high performance. Concrete and commercial concrete.


Technical principle:

The product has a comb structure, and the polyoxyethylene long chain in the molecule is solvated by water, and has a significant steric hindrance; and the sulfonic acid group in the molecular structure provides an electrostatic repulsion function for the dispersed cement particles. The steric hindrance and the electrostatic repulsion play a synergistic role, which not only ensures the product has a high water reduction rate but also inhibits the slump loss of the concrete, and has better comprehensive performance.


Features:

1. Outstanding performance. The product has a high water reduction rate (water reduction rate of more than 35%) and a low slump loss rate, improving concrete performance and improving concrete strength and durability.
2. Good workability of concrete. Fresh concrete has good workability, no segregation, no bleeding, good cohesiveness, moderate gas content, suitable for pumping;

Instructions:

1. The usual dosage is 0.6%-1.2% (based on the total amount of cementitious materials), and the optimum dosage should be determined by experiment according to the engineering materials and characteristics;
2. The water reducing agent can be dissolved in water or added to the concrete mixer separately;
3. It can be used in combination with lignosulfonate water reducing agent and various retarders;

It is suitable for the preparation of early-strength concrete, retarded concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, large-flow concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high-performance concrete and fair-faced concrete, in various industrial and civil buildings.
