Foam Beton Machine

A foam beton machine is a portable, mobile mixing, foaming and pumping all-in-one unit. It is easy to operate, low cost and convenient for use on site.

Foam concrete is a lightweight, high strength material that can be used for a wide range of applications. It is particularly suitable for void filling and trench reinstatement. The manufacturing process of this product requires the use of a specially designed foaming machine, which mixes air, foaming agent and water together to form a homogeneous, highly stable foam. This mixture is then injected into a ready mix truck that brings the materials to site where it is poured and finished by hand, usually into a foam concrete mold.

This method of manufacture is very cost effective and can provide foam concrete with densities ranging from 300 to 1200 kg/m3 when a high speed mixer is used. The addition of fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) can help increase the density and strength of the final product.

The units are based on digital control technology and can precisely adjust the density of the foamed cement. They are very easy to maintain and operate and can be fitted with a variety of attachments including a hose pump which helps reduce the amount of foam loss, while keeping the quality of the foam concrete at a high level.
