In order to meet the requirements of building energy conservation standards in different climate areas, corresponding technical measures can be adopted to improve the thermal performance of ordinary building self-insulated blocks, so that the ordinary blocks can be transformed from a single structural material into a self-insulated block with integrated structure and energy conservation.


At present, the main measures to improve the thermal performance of ordinary building self-insulation block are as follows:

1) Increase the width (thickness) value of the self-insulated block.According to the principle of heat transfer, the thermal resistance of block is related to the thickness of block. The thicker the thickness is, the higher the thermal resistance value will be, the smaller the thermal conductivity will be, and the better the thermal insulation performance will be.Therefore, when the self-insulated block is prepared, its thickness can be appropriately increased under the condition that the bulk density of the self-insulated block is roughly unchanged, so that the thermal resistance value of the self-insulated block can be effectively improved.


2) Add lightweight aggregate to the block base material.The thermal insulation performance of the self-insulated block is inseparable from the performance of the block substrate. Research data show that when the number of holes of the self-insulated block is the same, the higher the thermal resistance of the substrate, the lower the thermal conductivity of the block will be.Therefore, can be in since the insulation block strength and other performance index requirements under the condition of using lytag, light aggregate such as shale ceramsite, coal gangue, and construction waste recycled aggregates such as partly replacing or completely replace the base material in the aggregate, in order to improve the heat resistance insulation block, and effectively improve the heat preservation and heat insulation performance.
