Authors are invited to submit full paper (no more than 4
pages). The title & authors name(s) should be on the front page.
The paper should be typed single space on A4 white paper
(21.5cm*27.9cm). All margines should be 2.5cm. The text, which
use 12 point Times Roman or an equivalent serif typeface, should
appear in two columns with 9mm space between columns.

A separate sheet with the complete mailing address (and
Fax number and E-mail address, as appropriate) of the authors
and a statement specifying the most appropriate topic from the
proceeding list.
3.
For E-mail submission, the paper must be in PDF and MS
word version, all content in the Electronic Version must be in
Black & White. No hard-copies shall be accepted.
